Mumbai: If you think that officers of Mumbai Police and the constabulary are only known for nabbing criminals and investigating cases, think again. There are some men in this force who work as snake friends and try to rescue snakes in and around Mumbai. Police constable Murlidhar Jadhav is one such policeman who attends several 'rescue calls' in a day from people seeking his assistance in rescuing venomous snakes in their locality. All this is done by Jadhav at his own cost.
