The leader of Korea's ruling party arrived back in the country this morning after a ten-day trip to the United States.<br />The political tasks facing Kim Moo-sung,... however,... haven't really changed that much since he left.<br />The rival parties are still at odds over a number of issues.<br />These include the ongoing surveillance scandal surrounding the spy agency, labor market reforms and proposals to re-draw electoral districts.<br />Kim has already voiced his opposition to the latter, which would increase the number of seats in the National Assembly.<br />Regarding the spy agency allegations,.. the ruling party is accusing the main opposition of hindering the nation's intelligence activities.<br />The main opposition party has been hammering the spy agency for failing to submit materials related to allegations it spied on citizens.
