Palak Chi Bhaji is a very easy and simple Indian recipe with a combination of chopped Palak (Spinach) and Onions tossed in masalas. This is a very healthy recipe for lunch or dinner. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />1 Spinach (Palak) bunch, washed & chopped <br />3 Onions, chopped <br />10-12 Garlic cloves <br />1 Green Chilli <br />1/4th tsp Turmeric Powder <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a pan heat some oil. <br />- Once the oil is hot add crushed garlic, chopped green chillies, turmeric powder & chopped onions. Mix everything well. <br />- Cover it with a lid and let the onions become soft. <br />- Then add chopped spinach and salt. Mix everything well. <br />- Again cover it with a lid and let everything cook for 2 minutes. <br />- Serve the hot Palak Sabzi with Bhakri or Roti.
