The film has an unexpected coincidence with a real-life story of an Indian woman named Geeta stranded in Pakistan. <br />Kabir then spoke about bringing peace and unity between the two nations and also praised his Bajrangi Bhaijaan actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui for his choice of films. The director even opposed the governments ban on pornographic websites.
