An NGO has urged the government to set up a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) to investigate the illegal logging in Kelantan which it said was the primary cause for the floods in the state.<br /><br />Concerned Mind and Social Association president Ramesh Rao wants the RCI to look into the logging scandal and probe those responsible for the logging.
