For the first time, the Parliament question time fielded question 24 in the order paper as huge amount of absent MPs resulted in 12 questions being skipped.<br /><br />10 MPs were absent when their questions were mentioned, 9 of them in consecutive order. And when two other MPs were present to have their question answered, no minister was available to answer their questions.
