Heavy rain did not deter around 100 people from gathering in front of KLCC to hand a memorandum to Petronas demanding oil royalty for the state of Kelantan.<br /><br />From there they walked in the rain headed towards Bukit Bintang while holding placards with words "Minyak Naik" and" Getah Jatuh" written on them.
