Mumbai: Right to Information (RTI) activist Kamlakar Shenoy has filed FIR against Shivalik Builders for land fraud at Santacruz and Khar. He has claimed that this land is of Indian Air Force and builders of Shivalik Ventures have usurped the land through forged documents.
