Tumpat MP Kamarudin Jaffar, unhappy with the lack of Budget 2015 allocation for Kelantan, asked if Prime Minister Najib Abdul Razak was punishing the state for not voting BN.<br /><br />Najib yesteday told the Chinese community not to ask for favors if they did not vote for BN.
