Constitutional expert Abdul Aziz Bari explains that Article 153 of the Federal Constitution only speaks of the special position of Malays and the Bumiputera of Sabah and Sarawak.<br /><br />But it does not define the rights and as such he says it is not their supposed 'special rights'.
