Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim has brushed off claims by Klang MP Charles Santiago, who said that Khalid can't sign a water agreement with Putrajaya as he is only an interim MB.<br /><br />Khalid said Santiago doesn't know what he's talking about, and should refrain from making comments that do not benefit the community.<br /><br />The Menteri Besar is aiming to ink the water deal by this week.
