S'gor water restructuring deal may be signed this weekend

Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim says the state's water restructuring deal with Putrajaya may be signed this weekend.<br /><br />He adds the takeover of water concessionaire Splash is also in the agreement.
