Khalid: Dissolution of state assembly up to sultan

Selangor Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim says it is up to the sultan if he wants to dissolve the state assembly.<br /><br />He was responding to NGOs who claim that the people of Selangor want a by-election.
