Footage has emerged of football fans setting off fireworks and lighting flares before a Champions League match between Borussia Dortmund and Galatasaray on Tuesday.<br /> <br />The video shows Galatasaray supporters setting the streets of Dortmund, Germany alight with pyrotechnics ahead of the group stage match.<br /> <br />The match itself had to be stopped temporarily as fans also threw fireworks onto the pitch and into the stands.<br /> <br />According to local reports, police detained 700 Galatasaray fans after the game and made 21 arrests.
