Returning from swimming with my daughter, we approach a pedestrian crossing and notice a small dog lying on the ground in the road. The dog appears to be having a scratch!<br />As the owner holding the lead notices he is still in the road he then proceeds to drag the dog slowly, still wriggling to get that itch, along the crossing. The dog appears to have no inclination to get up from his scratching so the owner eventually stoops to pick the dog up, wriggling still, and carry on with his day. The dog appears to be totally unharmed and not traumatised by the experience.
