Sacked Selangor exco Teng Chang Khim says the Pakatan government is still in charge of Selangor, despite it being hijacked by the independent menteri besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim.<br /><br />For him and other sacked excos from PKR and DAP, such as V Ganabatirau it's business as usual, albeit without attending the Selangor exco meeting.
