Malay rights NGOs Perkasa and Isma were a no show at Joseph Kurup's unity buka puasa event, in which the National Unity Consultative Council (NUCC) were also honoured guests.<br /><br />The Minsiter in the Prime Minister's Department however says it's ok, as they may have other committments, noting that he was friends with Perkasa chief Ibrahim Ali.
