Mumbai: The Navi Mumbai Police arrested Tamil actor Reji Prabhakaran from Chennai on the charges of fraud. He fled with gold ornaments of kin, took loan of Rs.16 lakh from Muthoot Finance and absconded. Police managed to arrest him later.
