Penang Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng has urged MMC-Gamuda to clarify the impact of the Jalan Imbi tunnel collapse on the Kuala Lumpur MRT's construction cost.<br /><br />He says the collapse is an important issue, but had been eclipsed by Tengku Adnan Tengku Mansor's comments on homeless people in Kuala Lumpur.
