Those who were tasked at monitoring the radar and "slept on the job" when MH370 went missing should be sacked. <br /> <br />In an event held at the KL and Selangor Chinese Assembly Hall entitled "The tragedy of MH370 — Accident or Human Error", Constitutional law expert Tommy Thomas said it was a grave mistake to have missed that when it happened. <br /> <br />He said the moment they seen something had gone way off on the radar, it should have rang alarm bells.
