The Selangor government will meet with the Energy, Green Technology and Water Ministry tomorrow, to discuss the takeover of Sungai Selangor Sdn Bhd (Splash).<br /><br />State Menteri Besar Abdul Khalid Ibrahim says the Water Services Industry Act (WASIA) may be used to force a takeover of the last concessionaire not under state control.
