Defence Minister, Hishammuddin Hussein says that cases of kidnapping in Sabah mean the ministry needs to rethink the role of Esszone and Esscom in curbing such issues.<br /><br />He says they are looking at ways to improve operations such as the use of oil rigs as a forward operation base as one of the moves amongst others that is being studied by Esscom to improve security.
