Umno Youth chief Khairy Jamaluddin says Gerakan's victory at the Teluk Intan by-election is an opportunity for its candidate Mah Siew Keong to prove his leadership skills.<br /><br />He adds this is also an opportunity for Gerakan to rise again and prove that it can serve the people.
