The concession for the construction of a Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) campus in Seremban 3 has been given to a company linked to a former minister's brother, PKR strategist Rafizi Ramli alleged today as he continued his series of exposes regarding six different concessions for new UiTM campuses.<br /> <br />The Kuala Lumpur registered company, which holds the RM1.5 billion concession for the campus, has an ex-Umno branch leader in Kuala Lumpur as one of their directors.<br /> <br />The politician is also a director in another KL-based company that owns 29 percent of shares in the main concessionaire, along with a leader from a right-wing NGO.
