Commenting on Sarawak's bid to push Putrajaya to raise the state's oil royalties to 20%, Kelantan Deputy Menteri Besar Mohd Amar Abdullah says the PAS led state's main priority is to get its oil royalties in the first place.<br /><br />He says the question of whether the royalties will be 5% or 20% will have to come later.
