Dr Ahmad Farouk Musa told a forum on hudud in Kuala Lumpur today that the reason why the Sultan of Brunei can implement hudud is because he is not subject to the Islamic law. <br /> <br />The Director of the Islamic Renaissance Front says that according to Article 8 of Brunei's hudud law, the Sultan can do no wrong in either his personal or official capacity.
