It's been 53 days since Malaysia Airlines flight 370 went missing and Japan has announced that it will no longer participate in the search operation.<br /><br />Japanese defence minister Itsunori Onedera says the decision came after Australian Prime Minister Tony Abbott deemed it "highly unlikely" any floating debris will be found.
