Traffic jams are reported in the vicinity of around the four significant stops of which the cortege of Karpal Singh is making its way. <br /> <br />The Penang state government's volunteer squad is seen helping to manage the heavy traffic along the route, which has grown into a 2km long procession. <br /> <br />At 12.47pm, the cortege stops at St Xavier's Institution, Karpal's alma mater and the band plays the school anthem.
