The author of the 2013 biography, Karpal Singh -- Tiger of Jelutong, New Zealand journalist Tim Donoghue says the late Bukit Gelugor MP, had wanted his son Ramkarpal, to be his successor.<br /><br />Donoghue claims this was Karpal's plan should he be thrown into jail for sedition.
