The body of the late Karpal Singh has been cremated at the Batu Gantong Crematorium after a final farewell by thousands of mourners chanting his name.<br /><br />Family members spent some 30 minutes performing the final rites for him after Karpal's hearse reached the crematorium at about 1.35pm.<br /><br />Karpal's eldest son, Jagdeep Singh sternly requests the press and the public not to take pictures throughout the ritual. <br /><br />As a mark of respect, Kinitv stop recording as Karpal's body enters the furnace. <br /><br />The tiger was finaly put to rest at 2:35 pm.
