Shah Alam MP Khalid Samad says the Selangor government has no say over the proposed construction of the tolled Kinrara-Damansar Expressway (KIDEX)<br /><br />He said this when asked to comment on a protest held by Petaling Jaya residents on Monday, urging the state government to stop the project.
