Jailed Hindraf leader P Uthayakumar will find out on Febuary 18th whether he'll be allowed to appeal his sedition charge.<br /><br />Kuala Lumpur High Court judge Azman Husin set the dat after hearing submissions from Uthayakumar's lawyer and Deputy Public Prosecutor Noorin Badaruddin on whether to allow Uthayakumar's appeal.
