In anticipation of a gloomy 2014, demonstrators take to the streets in Kuala Lumpur tonight to protest the rising cost of living as a result of the government's austerity measures. <br /> <br />At Sogo, a representative from Solidariti Mahasiswa Malaysia, Fazli Zainul, gets things underway by addressing some 400 protestors and urges them to be patient. <br /> <br />He says that they will march in protest against the price hikes and be moving towards Dataran Merdeka shortly.
