The government had awarded five low-key incinerator projects to a company known as XCN Technology Sendirian Berhad, despite it being inexperienced in building incinerators and despite there being major delays in at least four of those projects.<br /><br />DAP's Serdang MP Ong Kian Ming pointed out today that the major shareholder of the said company is a former navy chief.
