Like many other countries in Asia, Vietnam is growing faster than it can handle.<br /><br />For one thing, that means a lot of people driving a lot of vehicles.<br /><br />The Vietnamese government says it now has a plan to avoid the kind of traffic problems Jakarta is infamous for and the pollution problems in Beijing.<br /><br />Officials in Ho Chi Minh City are trying everything from building more places where people can walk, to encouraging more electric cars.<br /><br />As Lien Hoang reports
