The Hindu Rights Action Force held a tribute to former South African president Nelson Mandela in Kuala Lumpur on Thursday.<br /><br />Those in attendance include the South African High Commissioner to Malaysia, Thami Mseleku and Deputy Minister in Prime Minister's Department P Waythamoorthy.
