We were at the screening of Di Balik Frekuensi /Behind the Frequency a documentary about media owned by politicians in Indonesia. It tells the story of Luviana a broadcast journalist with Metro TV who was victimised by her employers as she campaigned for better conditions for her colleagues. <br /><br />Also in this story that shows the power of politicians owning media is the effort of two victims of the Lapindo mudslide. Hari Suwandi and Harto Wiyono took on a presidential candidate who is also a 'media mogul' for compensation for the victims.<br /><br />Video by: Shufiyan Shukur
