Kulai MP Teo Nie Ching says the government must make it a legal obligation for individuals who have tested positive for HIV to notify their spouse.<br /><br />Teo says according to statistics, some 3,857 housewives in the country have been infected by HIV, most have contracted the virus from their husbands.
