Pakatan Rakyat will hold a mass rally in protest against the assessment rate hike for Kuala Lumpur residents at DBKL (Kuala Lumpur City Hall) on Dec16.<br /><br />Cheras MP Tan Kok Wai urged all KL residents to oppose the proposed reevaluation, which he described as "unreasonable and unjustifiable".
