The president of the European Commission says the new bailout deal for Greece sends out the message that Athens will remain in the eurozone.<br />Eurogroup finance ministers approved a third bailout after Greek MPs endorsed the deal.<br />The deal requires tax hikes and more tough spending cuts in return for 85 billion euros in funding that will be made available over the next three years..<br />This is Greece's third bailout program since 2010.<br />The head of the IMF, Christine Lagarde, has called for the government in Athens to be given significant debt relief.<br />She says Europe should help as Athens can not put its fiscal house in order on its own.
