Deputy Home Minister Wan Junaidi Wan Jaafar says foreigners could be using the increasing number of MyKads lost by Malaysians.<br /><br />Wan Junaidi says nearly 400,000 MyKads were reported lost in 2010, and this increased drastically to more than 565,000 cards lost until October this year.
