The Auditor-General Ambrin Buang says the government has a lot at its disposal to act on errant civil servants but enforcement is missing.<br /><br />Ambrin was speaking to some 100 students at Universiti Malaya's Faculty of Economics and Administration referring to 2012 Auditor General's report which caused a stir.
