Penang government has approached the Home Ministry and the Attorney-General to sort the death certificate issue of the victim, believed to have been killed by the lighting rod collapse in Penang.<br /><br />Previously, family members of the victim were disappointed that they aren't able to retrieve a death certificate, after being promised one by Home Minister Zahid Hamidi.
