The Stop State Violence Movement isn't ruling out a street demonstration to keep the pressure on the government to establish the Independent Police Complaints and Misconduct Commission.<br /><br />The coalition which is made up of 30 NGOs, says the Enforcement Agency Integrity Commission has not been effective since its formation.
