The Penang government will be giving financial assistance to the victims of a storm which wreaked havoc in the state last night, causing two deaths and inuring several others.<br /> Chief Minister Lim Guan Eng says his administration was assessing the situation and will also give aid to those whose rooftops have been blown away by the strong winds.
