Saiful Bukhari's father today apologised to Anwar Ibrahim, saying his son was used by irresponsible quarters to slander the opposition leader.<br /><br />Azlan Mohd Lazim said Anwar is innocent and a victim of the allegations made by Saiful, which he notes, has brought Anwar and his family great suffering.<br /><br />In a bizarre turn of events, Saiful Bukhari at another press conference said he is saddened by his father statement, fearing his father has been used by Anwar.<br /><br />Saiful stressed that he would not retract his allegations on Anwar, insisting he will remain steadfast and stick to the allegation, and the testimony which he gave in court.
