Dr M urged Felda settlers to show their gratitude for the benefits they've received <br />by voting for Barisan Nasional in the upcoming elections. <br /> <br />If not for the government, Dr M said, they would have remained unemployed.<br /> <br />He also told them not to be influenced by emotions played up by "certain parties".<br /> <br />Tun Mahathir made his comment to around 3000 settlers gathered at the Putra World Trade Centre for a screening of Tanda Putera, a film depicting the May 13th 1969 race riots.
