Mar 20, 2012: Meeting a delegation from the Sri Maha Mariamman temple outside the gates of Parliament, BN Hulu Selangor MP, P Kamalanathan claimed that the Pakatan state government has misled the Hindus when they said there is a stop to demolition of temples in the state. He said this when accepting a memorandum on behalf of the Prime Minister, Najib Razak by a delegation of 100 temple devotees in front of Parliament today.<br /><br />The memorandum is asking Najib to intervene in their efforts to prevent the demolition of the temple from its existing site by the property developer.<br /><br />The delegation was led by temple committee president Nagaraju Meganathan.
