PKR deputy president Azmin Ali says the central government is still trying to manage a deficit budget after 14 years. <br /><br />Even though the situation of the global economy won't allow a balanced budget, but the government has to look into other issues such as prudent spending and efficiency to combat a deficit budget, he says.<br /><br />Overall, Budget 2012 is an increase of 9.4 percent from the previous year, with an 11.5 percent increase in operational expenditure and 4.1 percent increase in development expenditure.
