Lead counsel for Anwar Ibrahim's sodomy case Karpal Singh has said that the presiding Judge should act over the plaintiff Mohd Saiful Bukhari Azlan's interview on TV3.<br /><br />"I think the Judge should do something... Judges have a duty, you know, on the spot, issue a show cause letter. I think that is what the Judge should do.<br /><br />On August 16, TV3's prime news programme Buletin Utama had aired an exclusice interview with Saiful over his predicament as a result of the case.<br /><br />However, Karpal refused to elaborate further, pointing out that the case was ongoing.<br /><br />Karpal was speaking at the Kuala Lumpur High Court today after interviewing another witness, Puswari staff nurse Yazihan Jusoh with senior lawyer Param Cumaraswamy and Sankara Nair.<br /><br />Anwar was also present during the interview.
